'All Together Now'
PROJECT:
Proposed by several structures of the Youth Information network of the Department of Eure et Loir (70 km to the West of Paris), we set up an exchange of young people from different European countries.
TITLED: Equality "all different all equal"
OBJECTIFS :
- Encourage the Intercultural meeting
- Raise awareness about the differences between participants
- To question the concepts of equality,
- The creation of the social link between participants
- The Creation of a valorization event of the exchange
PARTICIPANTS:
3 countries of the European Union including France • 14 young people aged from 15 to 18 years per country or 42 youngsters in total + 2 adults per country • 7 boys and 7 girls parity must be respected by the participating countries • a 10 days stay, travel days included (8 days on site) • from Monday 16th to Wednesday 25th July 2018 • a planning visit will be scheduled for February 2018
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
The common threat of this Exchange will focus on the concepts of equality between individuals, on the lifestyles of the young people from the participating countries and on the functioning of the institutions. Starting from the theme “living together”, we want to promote interculturality, self-transcendence, mutual support and the learning from each other. We also want to open a dialogue and raise awareness on differences and discrimination.
